Asia Badminton Championship 2012 which was held on 17th – 22nd April in Qingdao, China by Badminton Asia Committee. Macau Badminton Team is represented by Team Leader – Lu Rong, Coach – Gong Jiannan, Athletes – Lam Chi Man and Leong Kin Fai to participate in the competition.
On the first day tournament, Leong Kin Fai is defeated by Chinese Player Chen Yue Kun while Lam Chi Man entered to round of 32 due to opponent Indonesian player Tommy Sugiarto withdrawn from the game.
On the second day, Lam Chi Man loss to Kanto Momota in Men’s Single and Men’s Double, Macau Team loss to China Team at the score of 13 : 21 and 17 : 21.
